We have 5 lines in one pool and another 4 in another pool.
We have the 5 lines setup on caller ID cards(2) and the other four on our old DS card.

For some reason, we only get caller ID coming up on Line 1. The other lines it comes up as MAIN02 Transfer, or MAIN03 Transfer and so on.

Any ideas why this isn't working? Thanks in advance.

If your programming is good, then it may be a Telco problem. To test: Put your butt set on the COs ahead of the KSU and listen between the first and second ring of an incomming call. If you don't hear a 'chirp' then the Telco isn't sending the data. Cross check your method on line one where you know the info is comming in.
