I have a customer with a BCM 50, 5.0 with an intermittent caller ID Problem. We have the auto attendant picking up on the third ring to give it enough time for the caller id info to come through. We enabled caller ID in programming. Most of the time it works, but about once every ten calls the caller ID info does not display. We have tested all the co lines individually and confirmed that caller ID is on each line. They have analog co lines.
