The caller ID is going out wrong because the prefix needs to be 462 not 324.

DCH 4 OMSG SETUP REF 0014 CH 3 20 TOD 13:17:22
PROGRESS: ORIG ADDR IS NOT ISDN
CALLING #:324XXXX NUM PLAN: E164
CALLED #:1030000000 NUM PLAN: E164

How do I change the prefix in the calling number from 324 to 462?

Thanks

make sure your numbers are entered correctly in the tables.

I can't get the CLID's to print.

REQ PRT
TYPE CLID

SCH0111

Tried to create a new CLID entry:

REQ NEW
TYPE NET
SCH0111
TYPE NET_SCH0600

And when I try to assign a CLID to an ext I get:

REQ CHG
TYPE 2006
TN 7 0
ECHG YES
ITEM KEY 0 SCR 4756 HNT FNA 1
SCH0730

Maybe this is the problem...

VERSION 1411
RELEASE 18
ISSUE 41 + H

Too old?

You print them in LD 21 and Change them in LD 15

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA

Those are the LD's I was in. Except for the CHG on the 2006

Wait wait, you have it right....the problem is Rls 18. There is no LD15 CLID there until Release 22 (or 23?)

Print out all your Trunk Routes and Customer Data Block and do a text search for "324" - I think it's in there somewhere.

LD21

Customer Data Block

* REQ PRT
* TYPE CDB
* CUST 0

LD21

Trunk Routes

* REQ PRT
* TYPE RDB
* CUST 0
* ROUT
* ACOD

Customer data is CHG in LD15
Route Data is CHG in LD16

I see the 324 but we have DID's that need 462 as well, can there be multiple prefixes under HNXX?

If you change it, does the CLID that is displayed also change? Do you only see 324 in the Customer Data Block? There is only one allowed in Customer Data. I thought there might be something in Route Data, but I cannot remember.

I can't even remember having to do this on a system, and few people even had Caller ID.
