Caller ID Over Analog DID

Hello,
I have a DID service over DIUT2 card (analog) that I need to display caller ID over it.
I have arranged with the service provider, and they have told me that the feature is now running, but I still get the "DID" message instead of the caller number.
Is there a parameter that need to be activated or something?

Obtain a 2MB tester,
Put it on the circuit,
See if you are getting Caller ID or not
Otherwise the provider will not believe you

I think I am misunderstanding or missing something here.
You have an analog or a digital trunk ?
You have an digital card ?

Get a POT (plain ordinary telephone) with caller ID on it.
Plug it into the analog line
ring the number
Do you get the caller ID
