Caller ID only after call is answered.

Hi All,

I am having some trouble after so many installs.

System Mxe III controller
software MCD 6.0
Problem: Caller ID of outside callers only appear after the call is answered.I have made
changes to cos of trunks and sets but no luck.

Group Multiline or extension?

This happens on all extensions.

Display ANI/ISDN Calling Number Only "Select "Yes" to display only ANI information on trunks and sets COS is about the only thing I can think of. Set to no you may get a blank screen or trunk name until answered.
