Everyone and their mother is trying to figure this out and no-one can. I have a tieline between my office (opt 61 25.4) and a far end (opt 11 25.3). When I call someone my display shows their name & DN. If the person who I am calling is already on a call I only see the DN and don't see their name until they answer. When they call me they always see my name and DN, regardless of whether or not my primary DN is already engaged. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

on the far end try tdd for the display sets, make sure your rcap had nd3, i think is the newest name display.. make sure the rcap is the same for both ends and that both are either vod or vce, not mixed.. might want to check to see if they are both set int..

TDD is already programmed. Knowing next to nothing about this, here's what I got:
ADAN DCH X (for both locations)
RCAP ND2 MSDL
I'm not sure where to find the vod/vce so I'll try to find that and post back. thanks, JohnPoole.

vod/vce is at the DSEL prompt in LD 16

I'll check this out right away. Thank you.

already done. It doesn't seem to be an issue with names in LD 95. Again, a bunch of engineers have worked on this for about two months and it's still not resolved so I thought I'd ask the tek-tips experts.

my end is DSEL VCE
far end is DSEL 3VCE
could this be a factor?
