caller ID on tieline

I have two offices connected via tieline. we reach each other by dialing two-digit access code (too lengthy to explain why) and the far-end's four digit ext. User on far end says she doesn't always see our names when we call her until she lifts her receiver. She has TDD already in CLS. Far end is opt 11 25.3 and my end is opt 61 25.4. I've also noticed that when I call over the I don't see person I'm calling's name until after they answer too. Where do I start with troubleshooting this problem? thanks in advance
 
could be because of the direct access, try setting up one number as a dsc and see if i am looking in the right direction
