I just took over as the vendor mgr for a co. with an opt 61C. My background is mainly Avaya.
I have an end user that claims that when she is on her first line she can't see the ID of the second incoming call. I have thought about calling it in as a trouble but if someone can guide me I would rather not wait for them...
