Caller ID on S8300/g350

Hi,

Please help me troubleshoot the caller ID on analog TRunk.WE have s8300/g350 running on CM 3.1.2 and we used a third party caller ID box.. I already configure the trunk paramters, I put "bellcore" on received analog ICLID and icoming seizure to 120 ms. Also, Analog Trunk Icoming call ID is aready enabled. I've done this one but still we dont recieved the CPN number.

Please let me know if there is something on the configuration I miss.

I am facing this problem also with S8710 and G650 with TN429D in Jordan/Middle East

We still dont have any resolution regarding on this issue. Does any can help us on this...

I would do a list trace on the TAC and then makes some calls into the trunk group, See if the system is seeing the caller ID. Also are you running any CDR to trace with as this might just be a station or system paramater.

can you confirm with the Service provide whether he passing the digits? Also can u share the Trunk config for the same??
