Caller ID on NEC IPK with PRI Circuit

I have a customer that has a PRI on an NEC IPK system that has (4) different companies under roof involved in this system and I have programmed Car keys to show the incoming calls with Cap keys on Buttons 1-8 but the caller ID does not show up when Incoming calls come in. I must mention that we are also overriding the caller ID with each company within the PRI (memory block 3-52). We have DTU-16d telephones that have (4) car keys (to show which company is being called on incoming calls) and (4) keys programmed on each telephone (for trunk access to the groups) to each telephone for the customer for outgoing calls so they do not have to remember to dial 8,9,70,71 to access each company's group outgoing caller ID. The employees represent all of the companies so I can't use memory block 4-62 in this case. Is this the proper way to do this or am I missing something ? Thanks for your help.
 
CID to CAR keys was added with v2000 software. What is your software version? I think Feature + 3 shows it.
Does it work to the primary extensions?
 
Belvedere, Thanks for your reply but, I am confused. This is an IPK (not IPK II). I am not aware of v2000. Here is what I show on my current CPU'S in stock when Feature 3 is recognized.
CPU #1 shows sp 1014 r4.62 key sys r2up 48p (with no upgrade chip)
CPU #2 shows sp 1034 r4.61 key sys r1up 192p (with upgrade chip of course)

There is a chip plugged into CPU #2 that says v4600 if that is what you are talking about. Please clarify. By the way, Thanks again for your reply. I am very thankful for this forum and your participation as I have not been able to get any help from anywhere else. I am in the Dallas, Texas area & there are not many tech's that seem to be able to help locally if you can believe it.
 
Your version should be good at v4600. (r4 is the same as v4XXX). Are you using any CAR keys?
How is the call being presented to the extension? Auto Attn?, CAR keys? Direct trunk buttons?
 
Yes, We are using car keys to each company for incoming calls to be able to establish which company is receiving the calls visually & I have programmed the phones with cap keys (all telephones have the same cap keys to make it appear as a squared system. In other words, all telephones have the same cap keys so the customer can just put them on hold & not have to transfer them to each other. We are forwarding (cf-bna) the car keys to mailboxes so it can back them up if they can't answer in time (one operator for the most part),this seems to work OK for them as it gives them the ability for each company to have a seperate greetings to callers when not answered. The only issue is the Caller ID does not work properly. Your thoughts?
 
You seem to have the proper software to show it to CAR/CAP keys. Does it work on primary extensions? And, are the CAP keys assigned to ring? Did this ever work?
Have you tried resetting system?
 
With analog trunks, you need to tell the system which extensions get CID. I don't think it's the same with a PRI. However you might check MB 1-1-78, 3-44, 4-49
 
Well I got my answer, the problem was in the provider translations not being correct (Spectrum). They told me in the beginning that their settings were correct when I originally called in to question why it was not working. But after calling in to question them again, I talked to another tech and he told me there was a problem with the translations settings. It is very sad that we have that problem with them and they will not be more accurate. I was sure that after working on it for about 4 hours & 2 visits to the Customer site that I was correct in my settings, only to find out that was the problem.
