Hi All:
I can really use your help! I have an ACD build ACD:3131 I need all of the "O" calls to also go to that ACD.
I have tried forwarding a 500 SET using DCFW 4 5000 and using another ACD and NCFW it to 3131. They both work and both send the calls to the right place, but internal caller ID does not work.
When someone internally dials 5000, their extension and Name come up, but if they dial 0, on the ACD only the extension comes up, and on the DCFW'd set it says "0 FRWD" with no calling name display.
What am I missing?
