Hi all thanks for looking at this post.

I have a KX-TDA15 which has a CLI card in it.

our incoming lines are analogue which go into a BRI card I believe (though I could be wrong) one line is named 'admin' and one is named 'box office'

When people dial in from outside the building it comes up on the phones as Admin or Box office and not the phone number of the calling party.

Is this possible? and if so how?

Thanks in advance.

David.

depends on the settings
BRI card is ISDN guess u got an LCOT 2 card
and u need an EXT-CID (Extension Caller-ID Card)
to pass the caller id i was thinking for the TDA15 series (u can see if its installed in the settings)

at extension settings u option 5 u can set incomming display ( standaart Caller ID name )

Panasonic TDA/TDE/NCP/NS Series

If you have a lcot 2 card for the analogue line it does not support cli card. You may have a caller ID card in the left hand slot but that is for slt extensions

You will need Isdn to get caller id. The only analogue line card with caller ID card is the 4 co card and that only fits into the Tda 30

Hi OBT Systems! Thanks for the response. Just what I needed as was trying everything for a few hours last night but without any joy.

Don't suppose you are around tonight? Do you remember you logged onto my exchange via teamviewer three years ago now because the clock chip was not working, well we have just replaced the motherboard (we purchased another KXTDA-15 and swapped the insides!) and so now we can look at the exchange in interactive mode.

The problem I am now having is getting the voicemail to work. I have checked all your settings and the voicemail is 591 and 592 and then you have set up PS extensions 100 and 101 which are in ICD groups 610 and 611 and 100 and 101 are top of the lists with 20 seconds delay.

However when I do *471001234*381 I get reorder tone...

Any ideas or got half hour later on tonight with teamviewer? Thanks! :)
