Caller ID on digital phones from analog trunk

Hi all

I am doing a testing on caller ID from analog trunk.

I have an analog trunk from PSTN connected to a analog phone. The caller ID works.

However, when i connect the analog trunk to TLU-83 and makes a call using the DDI number, and divert it to a digital extension using "RODNI day=100", it display "EXTERNAL NUMBER".

I am using MX-ONE V4.1 SP2 using MGU. I have set all the parameters value for the analog trunk and digital phone to allow caller ID. Also board software and phone software is the latest.

Does any one know is it that caller ID cant be display on digital extension from analog trunk?

Or is it that i need to install certain PU?

Do you recieve caller ID from pstn as DTMF or FSK?
