Caller ID on BCM 50 1

I am trying to set up caller ID for a new BCM50, and seem to be stuck. I have verified that CLID is set up on the incoming lines, I have checked that the Caller ID sets for each of the incoming lines, and I still cannot see Caller ID information on the phones. I see which line the call is coming in on, and I saw where the option is to select which information is displayed first (name, number, line) and selected number per the customer's request. I still only see the line.

I am sure that I am missing the obvious, and at this point I am willing to suffer any humiliation if someone will set me in the right direction. What else should I be looking at?

Are they analog lines? Are they answered by auto attendant first? CLID is sent between rings 1 and 2. If the call is answered at 0 rings by AA, or before the second ring then you won't see CLID.

If they're answered by AA, change the number of rings to 2. If neither of these is the case, then make sure you're getting CLID from the telco. If it's a standard DTI T1 (not PRI), or analog DID trunk, then you won't get CLID at all.
 
They are analog lines. Calls are not answered by AA. It may be that the receptionists are answering before the 2d ring.

Thanks for helping me. That gave me a few things to think about.
 
biv343, your post gave me the answer. They were picking up before the second ring sometimes. The other part of the problem was a miscommunication. They were seeing the caller ID information; it just wasn't the part they wanted first.
