I am trying to set up caller ID for a new BCM50, and seem to be stuck. I have verified that CLID is set up on the incoming lines, I have checked that the Caller ID sets for each of the incoming lines, and I still cannot see Caller ID information on the phones. I see which line the call is coming in on, and I saw where the option is to select which information is displayed first (name, number, line) and selected number per the customer's request. I still only see the line.
I am sure that I am missing the obvious, and at this point I am willing to suffer any humiliation if someone will set me in the right direction. What else should I be looking at?
