Hello,
I recently migrated the bays from a Mitel SX-200 EL controller to a 3300 ICP MXe controller, re-using their Bay Control Cards, DNIC cards, and ONS/CLASS cards. Here's the issue I'm running into:
Inbound Caller ID (calls from the outside) is showing up just fine on the digital sets, and some of the newer analog stations that we installed. For some reason, their older analog sets do not display Caller ID correctly. When a call comes in from the outside, the digits to be displayed turns into a random string of 15-16 digits, and screws up the date and time. I know for a fact that Caller ID is enabled in the COS for all the analog sets. I went through the list with Mitel Tech Support, and it "should work" according to them. I even hooked up my test set to the circuit to see if I could hear the Caller ID tone being sent through the system in between the first and second ring, and sure enough, it was there. My initial instinct is that the issue is with the set itself, since it works on everything else and the COS is enabled to allow Caller ID. But I hooked up the phone to a POTS line with Caller ID, and it showed up on the set just fine. These sets worked before the cutover. Why aren't they working now? If anyone has any insight as to what is going on and how to potentially solve the issue, I'd sure appreciate it.
Thanks
