caller id on a pri 1

I have a pri on a mics system w/4.1 software. The caller id only displays when i answer the call. Can someone tell me where to program it to display immediately.

Program the target line's CLID with the extension of the phone.

Make sure you give the DN call log, but leave
it at LOG 0. Name or number, your/customer decision.

First the line must ring at the phone and not just appear.
Go into Terminals and Sets
Show set #
Go to Telco Features
Go to Feature Assign
Telco each line assigned to the phone Call ID= YES
