Caller ID on 6X16

Installed third line for customer with 6X16 with CI6 Caller ID Module. They want line 3 to have Caller ID appear without pressing Feature 811 for Extension 221. I assume you have to go into programming for module. I assume it's probably something similar to RAD where enter Feature code. Any help or reference to where to get manual would be super.

You may need to assign 221 as the CLID set for the line if this is an older versions of CICS

Older versions only allow one set to have the CLID feature. L1 & L2 may have been assigned to 221 by default.

This is my best guess
