Caller ID - Number vs Name

I have an Opt 11 Rls 21 Iss 54 with PRI T1 and DID's. On an inbound call, they receive the number in the caller ID. They now want the name to display. Is this a program change only in the Opt 11 or do we need to call the carrier ATT also?

the only way i've ever seen this on a Nortel Switch is when the LEC provides the name. i know Verizon can, but not sure about AT&T.

It is not available on rls 21. This is a feature with the NI2 protocol from the CO

we have name display also.it is not done on pbx though.
the user with the feature invokes a lookup when their line rings. the lookup is done in att database under billing telephone name associated with the clid displayed. took a few calls to business office and switch tech to make it all work

So is NAME caller ID even an option with RLS 21?
