I have an Opt 11 Rls 21 Iss 54 with PRI T1 and DID's. On an inbound call, they receive the number in the caller ID. They now want the name to display. Is this a program change only in the Opt 11 or do we need to call the carrier ATT also?
we have name display also.it is not done on pbx though.
the user with the feature invokes a lookup when their line rings. the lookup is done in att database under billing telephone name associated with the clid displayed. took a few calls to business office and switch tech to make it all work
