caller ID not working

Its working on my norstar system but not on my ipo

Line are set to looop start clid

any idea ?

Run Impedence match for each line. They may have a weak signal being sent.
 
already did the impedance match

Do you see the caller id in monitor?
Did you check if this is a fixed bug on the latest releases?

You can also play around with the Gains. I haven't had this issue since earlier R8, but I had a few clients where I had to change the gains to -.5 and even one that I think I set to -4 to make caller id come through reliably.
 
to re-enforce the words of Telecomboy the above thread had the discussion.
good luck with it, seems like Avaya keeps breaking stuff again that they fixed before, ahhhhhhhhh.
