I have an Avaya IP Office running on 8.1(57). The lines comes on a PRI and answered by an Auto-Attendant.
I can see the caller ID whenever i receive the first call, once the second call comes in on intercom 2, i get notified but the caller ID wont show until i answer the call.
Is there a way to make the called ID appear whenever i get 2 or more calls at the same time?
