Caller ID not showing until answered 2

What setting allows the caller ID to display BEFORE the call is answered, the CLID works but not until the call is answered,this is just one station having the problem, the CLS looks exactly the same as one that works correctly.

CLS = TDD

I also add DNDD to display correctly when Hunted

It will ring to voice mail and never show. It is downloading new firmware now, i will try it after update,if no go, I will out and rebuild on another TN then update the forum.

While you're cleaning things up, your Caller ID looks like an area that couls use some polishing.

I see you are using the default TABLE 0 on all keys. This could have a very negative impact on your 911 calls especially if you are sending those calls out on PRI ISDN.

Nortel911PLM can you explain what the negative impact is in your statement above for all numbers using the default table 0?
 
Out and rebuild worked on a different TN. Thank you for your help.
 
I will make a few assumptions here:

KEY 00 SCR 4296 0 is a DID
01 SCR 6296 0 is a NON-DID Rollover
02 SCR 6396 0 is a NON-DID Rollover

IF that is a correct assumption, then all keys use CLID table 0. If this is setup to send only the Main Number (LDN) They you are OK. But if 911 goes out on a PRI, and CLID Table 0 appends the DN of the key to the NPA-NXX of your system, then a call being made from KEY 1 or KEY 2 will have an invalid number. This may be corrected by the carrier, but it also may get all the way through to the PSAP where they will retrieve the wrong address since they dip the database using the CLID as their reference key.
