Caller ID Not showing till after phone is picked up

All other phones work correctly except one, the caller ID doesn't display till after you pickup the phone.
Any ideas where to look? That phone is the only phone on Slot 2 rather then slot 1.
 
If the system is a IPK-II, SL1100/2100 or SV 8100/9100, then the phone needs to ring to see CID before answering. Look at MB 22-04, ring assignment.
 
Is s the call ringing the extension or a virtual appearing on that extension?
 
I apologize I didn't get a email notification that someone answered.
We have a NEC SL1100.
The phone will ring multiple times and until we pick it up it will not show the caller ID. The phone is chassis 1 - Slot 02. Our other phones show the caller ID.
 
The phones are NEC IP4WW-24TXH-B-TEL.
I don't have 15-03-11 option available, it goes from 10- caller Name to 12 Fixed Cadence.
15-03-09 is unchecked.
 
Option not needed on your digital extension. I presume these are analog lines? Im running out of programming codes. 15-03-09 ticked 15-03-11 set to fsk. Incidentally how do your incoming calls route?
