Hello Guru's!

I have a IPO 500V2 9.0.8 with SIP trunks. I would like to know which setting sends the users outgoing caller ID (DID). So when they make a call they would like the end party to see there number.

Cheers!

In SIP URI set Contact and Display name to *
Then in ARS add sCLI to the telephonenumber were CLI is the number you want to send.
If ech user has to send a different number then add usershortcodes with the sCLI and do not set sCLI in ARS
For twinning users ad a user shortcode with the twinned mobile number as the shortcode (including access codes) and set the TNo as NSS and the LineID is the SIP trunk outgoing ID as setup in the URI, then if a caller calls the twinned user the CLI of the caller is forwarded to the twinned users cellphone.
Example: the users twinned number is 9012345678 and 9 is the access code then the user shortcode look like this SC=9012345678, TNo=012345678SS, Line ID = outgoing ID of the SIP trunk, action = Dial

ADDENDUM:
If you want to send a name then put the name at the end of the TN0 like this "The Boss!"
So in the above example it looks like this SC=9012345678, TNo=012345678S"The Boss!", Line ID = outgoing ID of the SIP trunk, action = Dial
