Caller ID install

Hello Everyone,
I am a newbie when it comes to these systems. I need to install a NT5B41GAR (Caller ID Card) and need some instructions. Do I need to shut the system down or can I just pop the card in? What else needs to be configured?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hot swap is not possible in the KSU, but if you are putting the card in a trunk module, only that module has to be powered down to install. Re-post with your software version and system configuration. The programming of the C LID info depends on the sw version

Just a simple question, do you have documentation?

No documentation for the cards. I will get the info on software revision etc.

Do you have the system docs? If you do I would look over them as they provide info on the hardware.
