How do i get caller id to pass thru the AA?

Here is my set up. When caller calls in, AA picks up on second ring. When I input the extension the call rings the disk and only VMS is displayed.

I have:
Lucent ACS processor (not sure what rev, date is '97)
1 - 308EC R1
2 - 308EC R3
Partner Mail VS R4.1

MLS12D phones.
