Hello all,

I’m having problems programming the Caller ID at our telephone system. I’m just trying to log all calls at the receptionist’s phone. We have a Partner ACS PROC R6.0 with MLS-34D telephone.

I’ve assigned all the lines that we have by #318. I set it to log all calls by #319 setting it to Data 10 . I’ve programmed a button by Feature 23. I can’t seem to get it to work.

There was a note in the instruction that the feature is "only available on 24 character PARTNER-18D AND 34D Display telephones. It is not available for MLS, MLC, Transtalk 9000-Series."

Is the reason why I can’t get it to work is because we have MLS-34D. If it is, is there a way to log calls using MLS phones.

Thank you. Reply is appreciated.

The MLS's don't have the top row of buttons that the 18D and 34D have that act as soft keys when you activate the call log button. These are used to navigate through the CID log on the display.
