Have an issue with transferring Incoming caller id. If a call comes in to the SV9500 and is answered on the SV9500 the User sees the caller ID. If the call comes in to the SV9500 and goes over IP CCIS to an SV9100 the User at the SV9100 can see the incoming caller ID. If the call comes in to the SV9500, is routed to the SV9100 station over IP CCIS and the SV9100 station call forwards back to the SV9500 the SV9500 does not see the caller ID any more. Ideas?

If this is the issue I think it is, If the call comes in to the SV9500, is routed to the SV9100 station over IP CCIS and the SV9100 station call forwards back to the SV9500 the SV9500 station sees garbage characters where the caller ID should be while the call is ringing. After the 9500 station answers the call, readable and correct caller ID is shown. The problem is largely that voice mail won't record caller ID under those conditions.
14-1-24 on the 9100 did not help.

Do you have link reconnect set up?
In the 9500 - ASYD Index 186 Bit 0 = 1
In the 9100 - 50-06-01 = 1 (this is default so should be there)

Thanks 3racefan3

Both are flagged.
I unchecked 50-06-1 but got the same garbage until I answered the call.
