Caller ID does not work from expansion cabinet

All I have been told:

-Caller ID works fine with lines on the main cabinet
-Lines and sets are programmed
-CLID or Global MBM's
-Another MBM was tried
-DIPs are all set to ON

Aside from possible Telco issue is there anything else to look at or we are missing?

Maybe the dipswitches on the right are set to the wrong profile. All need to be off for North America.

Did this work before? Could the lines not have CLID on them. Move to working ports to confirm CLID is working on the lines.

No
Confirmed Lines work on the main cabinet.

Thinking about ex's comment was I thinking of old MBMs? or maybe Norstar cards.

Update from tech- You cannot see the the lines under Sets/TelcoFeatures even thought they are A&P....only lines 061 to 64 are present.

I'm not sure if I understand this correctly, but does the customer have a PRI card in the expansion cabinet?. I thought that they could only be used in the main unit.

What release and patch level is the system? Weren't there CLID issue on some older releases?

No idea on both....will be awhile before the tech returns.
