Caller ID Display on Phone BCM50

I am not the person who programed our phone system, but wanted to see if there is an easy answer to my question, We have the BCM50 phone system and using T7316E handsets, I am familiar with and have used the Business Elements manager version 2.05e

Our caller ID currently only displays the name on the handsets, which in many cases is not sufficient information, is there a way to have both the name and number display? Or just switch to just the number? The information we want does appear on the BCM Monitor (Line Monitor) now we want to get that info on the handsets

Either press feature 811 while ringing to see number or gointo the sets preferences telco change from name to number first. You can't get both on screen at same time.

you can go to - line access- then select your extn.
At the bottom section off the screen it will show you the target line that rings the phone.

In there tick the box CLI to allow the number to be presented to the phone before you pick up the call.

you need to do this for each phone.
