Try telco features, it depends on your s/w rel as to how many can see id before pickup. If you have pre 6.1 only one station can see id before, or use F811.
On any release CICS all phones can auto display CLID. On the MICS only R6.1 or higher can auto display CLID on all phones.

if u use an auto att and set the vm dn as the clid dn all call will display when tranfered out of att...Pots line need 2 rings to auto att and pri can be set to 0
