Hi i have a 8X24 system and was wondering How you get caller id on the system because they cards are only for cics and mics correct?

You need a CI 8 that attaches to a station port and the 8 CO lines. Don't know if you can even find this anymore.

Thanks so much for your help! i will try and look for those on that website that you gave me and try ebay.

silver987,

Nearly impossible to find a M8 module, and if you do you're looking at $300-400. We got a couple in recently and they were sold in a couple of days.

Kkress4,

I should have mentioned you must have DR5 software to support Caller ID.

if you have a 12x0 trunk module attached to your 8x24 then buying the older version of the ci cards is the way to go cause like exsmogger said if you can find a m8 you will pay way more then its worth.
