Caller ID BCM50 to Avaya IPO

Hello All,

I just set up SIP Trunking from our BCM50 r6.0 to our Avaya IPO 8.1. When you make a desk call from Avaya IPO to BCM50 it shows the caller id. From BCM50 to Avaya IPO it shows the System name but "Anonymous" for the caller id, I would like it to show the name of the user instead of "Anonymous"

This will almost certainly be an issue with the BCM not sending the CLI for the extn making the call

a monitor trace on the IPO should prove this.



A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
 
I did a monitor trace and it shows up "Anonymous" when I looked at the Avaya IPO System Status on the call.
 
system status is not system monitor
running system monitor with SIP enabled will show that CLI is not beeing passed to the IPO the BCM is sending Anonymous

this needs to be resolved on the BCM

Any suggestions where I can look for in the BCM50?
 
I have now the "Business Name" and Extension showing up, but no "Display name" of the user.
