Caller ID and Queue (too long)

We've just turned caller ID on so that it will pass the number and the name (if it is available) to our phones. Previously we just got the number.

Now when a call comes into a sales vdn the phone displays the name but not the number. Instead it displays:

FLORIDA to Jared (where Jared is the name of the queue). The "To Jared" part is cutting off where the phone number is displayed. Is there anyway to tell the switch to not display the "to Jared" part or to push it over and give all the space to the caller ID and phone number first?

Would this be on the switch or would this be in the 46xx file?

Thanks in advance!

depending on your setup and whisper announcements... try playing with vdn overide..

Thanks,

If the last VDN in the sequence is preceeded by a Yes, the last VDN will be the controlling VDN.
If the last VDN in the sequence is preceeded by a No, the first No not interrupted by a Yes will be the controlling VDN
