Caller Id and Auto Attendant

I have a new CICS installed. Caller ID is not appearing on the sets after being transferred from Auto Attendant. Auto Attendant answer on 1st ring 24/7. All telephones are set to caller id set and all have appear only lines.

I should know the answer, but am having a senior moment.

The call has to ring at least 2 times for the caller id to pass thru. Change the rings to 2.
 
Folks, I have the same problem only all of the 7310 sets are programmed as PBX feature-rich. Caller ID has never worked even tho we've been paying for it and the TELCO says the lines are programmed. I looked at the MICS programm and I think everything is there...but now I'm not sure...suggestions please?
