Hi i have a norstar MICS DR6.1, the trouble i am having is when someone call 2892 (frd n/a 4 rings) calls are routing to 2867. These numbers are DIDs. I changed the control set 2892=2892 and 2867=2867. The control lines L164=2867 and L189=2892. allow redirection=y. all the other phones are set control set=2860 receptionist, control lines=none. allow redirection=n. All the other phones are working except for these two phones. Any suggestions, thank you.

Check list:
Make sure FNA (where ring count is) is set to vmails ext and not 2867.
Make prime set in Line config to be 2892.
Check set programming for 2892 and make sure Line 167 is not assign.
Check any Hunt Groups.
Prolly more others can come up with!
