Hi we keep on getting about 100- 200 "caller experienced significant delay" messages on our operational history viewer and this seems like not soemthing that should be happening.

MM 5.1 with an Ex2007 Backend approx 1800 subscribers

This seems to occur when a user attempts to access their voicemail and is told to please wait.

We are currently working with our vendor but they are not of much help.

Would this issue point to an exchange bottle neck or a MM issue? or something else entirely?

Thank you for any assistance.

Goz

We have 2 MAS in the vm domain however one is not turned on and is set up to use SIP we have yet to enable it or implement sip.

Sorry there are 2 mas a different vm domain contains one in a sip testing mode

And are you getting the error on both MAS's ?

Gozer this may depend on a few things. Your AD DC environment version (windows 2008 OS, windows 2008 AD domain, etc), your CAS servers, your Exchange mailbox servers, and your network.
