Dears

I have IPCC 7.1 with CVP 3.1 and CCM 4.2.3,i want to use condition after certain CED. CED for arabic press 1 for english press 2 its working but iwant to set counter if the customer doesnt enter one or two to heare for the first try (you have enter invalid selection) and return back to hear for arabic press 1 for english press 2, if he entered invalid selection for the second time iwant him to hear (you have enter invalid selcetion for second time and release the call.

itried to us if with count but no success

please help

Hi Asim,
In audio group, add audio group --> menu option capture-->add no match--> put the prompt for nomatch1 (prompt1)-->" you have entered invalid selection"

Again follow the same step and for nomatch2(prompt2)-->"you have enter invalid selcetion for second time"

and on the menu option, direct it to hangup on max_nomatch.
