How do I resolved an issue the our Opt 11 switch displaying only the 4 digit DN when calling outside of PBX?
Our main switch is the OPT61 and everything comes thru this switch. OPT11 have about 10 phones. Today users on the Opt11 were not receiving any calls. When dialing thier ext or calling from the outside, the line would ring the a busy tone.
Bug error 5128 was displayed on the opt11. I reseat the PRI card and that seemed to have resolved the issue ext I noticed the caller ID showing 4 digits only.
How do I fix it.
