System - IP Office 406v2 running version 4.2(4)
- SIP trunks via voip.co.uk

Problem -
When a caller dials any number all they get is silence even though our phones are ringing. If we pick up the local handset then the call is connected.

I'm not sure if this is an issue with our system, our SIP configuration or the SIP supplier (who have been notified but yet to come back to me)

I'm not sure how long this has been going on for but it's only just been reported. I've done a work around for the main line by putting on an announcement greeting - but it would be a PITA to do that for all extensions!

TIA

Ok - it was something to do with the server the SIP trunk was pointing at.

After a conversation with the SIP supplier I changed the trunk to a different IP address and the ringing tone feedback has returned.
