We currently are routing calls through our switch utilizing ACD DN's and call pilot.
It would be helpful if the called ID that is received by our system could be passed through to the call center.
Example-a call comes in from 973-555-1212 to our switch, then is transferred out to the call center. They see our caller ID on the line because our switch is making the call, but we want the call center to see 973-555-1212 on their display.
Can this be done?
