Called ID displays AUTOMATED ATTENDENT

Good Evening Gang:

I installed a partner acs 509. everything works fine except the name desplay. every time i dail an extention it desplays "AUTOMATED ATTENDANCE" instead of the caller's name. Any ideas on what is going on?

Did you include all the extensions in Hunt Group 7?

No I did Not only Extentions 78&79

So, when do you see AUTOMATED ATTENDANT in the display?

On an incoming call, that has been transferred to your extension FROM the automated attendant?

When you press the Intercom button and dial another extension?

When another extension has pressed their Intercom button and dialed you?

Just trying to get a handle of when it shows up, to figure out where it is coming from.

this happens when I dail an extention either from an intercom button or from a programmed key. I am getting callers ID now- I had to unassign all extentions from being VMS cover extention now callers name is being displayed kind of funny hu?
