CallDrop issue

Hi All..Need help in following..
I have a 61c rls 4.5 Tied using E1 with a Cisco router , in FXS port of router an analog extension is connected, Calls from 61c to that analog ext and calls from analog ext to 61c working OK, how ever when anyone from analog extension diall 9xxxx (9 is dialout code made at 61c) calls get through but gets drop after 2 minute 46 second (exactly), I tried different protocol but samething happen, calls to PSTN from router analog ext gets drop after said time. However ext to ext calls are OK....
Given below is the capture and D channel messaging. Can somedbody please guide how can i remove that problem or how can i over rride this timer?? I also tried to change Dchannel timers but no success...
