CallCenterWorx ACD not connecting to ACD automatically

CallCenterWorx 4.0.3 ACD not connecting to ACD automatically.

The software can connect to the ACD server manually but I need this to start and connect on its own when started or rebooted for fault tolerance. When runnging correctly the CCWX icon spins or rotates as in the attachment.

Any tips on how to automate this?

Check your WIN services settings. CCWX should be set for automatic.

Set to automatic start already. I will reboot later to watch this service to see if it autostarts.
