CallCenter Reporting no skillset

performed clean install for CCR server and client on XP SP2 all updates installed before software install, reinstalled numerous times and still no skillset, tried installing client on different machine same clean install XP SP2 with all updates installed for java and activex still no skillsets listed.

when i do callcenter connection setup download window will open but displaying nov 2004 and does not show any other dates but shows RCC database updated.

any ideas maybe i'm missing something?

I have installed the callcenter server and client several times on same machine and will not show skillsets, i have also tried installing client on a different PC with same result.

Ok, What version Call Center Server? SCCS 5.0 or CCMS/CCMA 6 or SECC 4.2?

Only Symposium Express Call Center (SECC) lets you put the fat client on the actual server.
