callback not working 3

scenario: BC10 2 lim (1 remote)

can initiate callback, but wont execute, on ana or digi, or ana to digi.

susip shows (on extn) reserved.

action taken so far:
restarted, elp6, clp1, clp3, rmps, cmps,sfcei,
funtion tested TMU, manually reseated and restarted

planning on RFEXI at lunch time,

any ideas ?

Could this be the same problem with ENR?
We have BC11SP14.
Is there a way to set this function back, because we lost it when they upgraded.
