have a user when mailbox is access the prompts speech is fast.
what feature to speed are slow down in call xpress the speech

You posted a link to an issue that is not related and you say you have a Call Xpress and this is a Callpilot forum so I am confused twice!

Maybe verify what voicemail you have, software version and if you mean "messages" and not "prompts"?

call xpress and messages sped not sure of version but this is happening to 1 user

According to a couple user guides it's 4 to slow down and 6 or 7 to slow down....or to jump to slowest setting 44 and highest 66 (or 77?)
