Call Work Codes through CTI client?

Hi.
I'm working on the front-end app for a new Definity call centre, and have been asked whether we can set Call Work Codes through the desktop rather than the turret. Our CTI client is Cisco's Desktop Control Server, and we have a Cisco ICM.

Apologies if this is the wrong forum for a client-side question, but any pointers would be very much appreciated.

Definity has third-party call-control SDK that allow to enter Work Codes. (TSAPI - CSTA).

But I don't know about supporting this feature by "Cisco's Desktop Control Server"...
 
You are using the CentreVu CT? What version are you using?
We are developping using the CVCT SDK, and if I'm not mistaken, Call Work Codes does not work in CTCT 3.x
I think it was fixed in version 9.x or 11.x
Yes they skipped a few numbers.
