Call Waiting

Is there any way to get mulitple calls without having the Call waiting on. If I turn it off then when the user is on the line and gets a second call it goes to vm. If I turn it on, all is fine other than the user hearing unwanted call waiting tone in their ear?

Am I doing something wrong?

The unwanted tone is 'call waiting' so sorry. Looks like you'll have to join the queue waiting for IP Office 3.0 where you'll be able to use multiple call appearance buttons to be alerted about extra calls.

On my DS handset I only get one ring and it apears on the second Apear key no problem. I guess this beep is only on SLTs POTS
